COVID Update

The Authority has resumed normal business operations and our offices are open during normal business hours.  However, masks are still required for ALL visitors to any Authority office.

Invitation for Bids: Housing Authority Elevator Replacement

The Housing Authority of the County of Lebanon will accept bids for replacement of two elevators at Stevents Towers, located at 930 Willow Street, Lebanon, PA. Bids will be received until Septemver 22, 2021 at the Authority's adminstrative offices, located at 137 W Penn Avenue Cleona, PA 17042. Public Housing Annual Plan

The Housing Authority's 2021 Annual Plan is available for review. A copy of the Plan can be found in the Annual Reports section of this website. 


Housing & Redevelopment Authorities Board 2021 Meeting Dates

The Lebanon County Redevelopment Authority and the Lebanon County Housing Authority Boards will meet on the following dates: January 10, February 10, March 10, April 14, May 12, June 30, September 8, October 13, and November 10. The Redevelopment meeting begins at 3:00 PM, with the Housing Authority meeting following at approximately 3:30 PM. 

Due to COVID-19, most meetings in 2021 will likely be held electronically. Members of the public may participate in the meeting either by using a web browser or by telephone. Weblinks and telephone numbers for meeting access will be posted in this area of this site at least 24 hours before each meeting.


Lebanon County Stormwater Consortium

The Redevelopment Authority serves as the administrator of the Lebanon County Stormwater Consortium. It holds a non-voting position on the Consortium's Governing Body. Right to Know Law requests concerning the Lebanon County Stormwater Consortium should be sent to Bryan Hoffman, Chief Executive Officer of the Redevelopment Authority, at bhoffman@lcha.com or by mail to PO Box 420, Lebanon PA 17042.

The Redevelopment Authority has made the Lebanon County Stormwater Consortium's Regional Joint Pollutant Reduction Plan (PRP) available through an external link because of the file size. Please click here to download the 341MB PDF file.

The Consortium has prepared an addendum to the PRP, located here.

The Consortium's annual meeting will be held at the North Lebanon Township building at 725 Kimmerlings Road and Zoom at 10 AM on August 17, 2021. Contact Dan Lyons at dlyons@lcha.com to register for the Zoom option and to obtain the call-in details. Registration is not required to attend in person. 


Lebanon County Stormwater Consortium - Governing Body 2021 Meeting Dates

The Governing Body of the Lebanon County Stormwater Consortium will hold its regular monthly meetings on the third Tuesday of each month at 10 AM at the Northern Lebanon Township Building and via Zoom. The dates are as follows: June 15, July 20, August 17, September 21, October 19, November 16, and December 21. 

These meetings are accessible to persons with disabilities. If special accommodations are needed or for Zoom details, please call 717-274-1401 x133.

City of Lebanon Land Bank - 2021 Meeting Dates

The following are the remaining regular monthly dates for the City of Lebanon for 2021: June 30, July 14, August 11, September 8, October 13, November 10, December 1. The Land Bank meetings begin at 2 PM, except for the December meeting, which starts at 3 PM. All meetings are via Zoom until further notice. For Zoom details, please call 717-274-1401 x133.


Section 8 Lottery Drawings

Section 8 lottery drawings are suspended.  The Authority's Section 8 waiting list will close on August 13, 2021 to allow for reorganization of the list based on revised preferences adopted in the Authority's 2021 Annual Plan.  Once the waiting list is reorganized, selection from the waiting list will be based on date and time of application base on qualifying preferences.

Bid Information

Bids are currently being accepted for elevator replacement at Stevens Towers.  Bids are due on September 22, 2021.  More information can be found in the bid information section of this site.
