The Authority has resumed normal business operations and our offices are open during normal business hours.  However, masks are still required for ALL visitors to any Authority office.

Section 8 Waiting List

The Lebanon County Housing Authority is announcing the closing of the waiting list for the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program.  The waiting list will close at 12 noon on August 13, 2021.

Our goal is to have a viable waiting list in which applicants have a reasonable opportunity to receive housing assistance.  At the current time our waiting list has grown to the extent that additional applications can no longer be supported.

When the waiting list is reopened the Authority will place a notice on the Authority’s website, local newspapers, other media outlets and social service agencies.  The public notice will provide instructions on the opening of the waiting list, when to apply, where to apply and how to apply.
